constitution of the united states the majority of authors succeeded well as Is evidenced from the number that have been selected to memorize their orations there were some few who tailed failed in writing satisfactory speeches and they are this week rewriting them carefully in order that they may receive credit for the term fifteen seniors wrote orations eight these speech se will be memorized seven juniors out of the forty wo enrolled will memorize eighteen of the he forty four sophomores twenty of the seven freshmen thle this makes a total f seventy tareo students who will enter the oratorical contest on the Cons tItu tion lon these students are memorizing their speeches this week in addition to carrying their other subjects and the dally daily in english they are to be memorized this weekend week end and bac each will have the opportunity to give his oration in the auditorium to prepare tor for the class tryouts next week the engli english s in teachers will be present to hear these rehearsals rehear sels nd to give help and criticisms on next week the various contestants in classes will have their tryouts in the class winners will be selected from these numerous cont contestants tents these winners will speak again on march eighth to secure a place among the welve twelve best orators of school the follow ng monday or march eleventh these twelve will speak again to secure a place mong among the six most successful shortly thereafter these six will compete tor for the school championship in oration this year there can be only one selected ed from the school this
