tile the war in mexico grows steadily worse all the time there is fight ing nearly all over the country the government is growing weaker and the rebels are growing stronger the government has gone heavily in debt when the present rebels have got in in power another set rebels will start in to upset what will then be the government mexico is all split into factions cruel factions full of hatred and revenge order will never be till some strong power out side of mexico takes hold of things few of those fighting have a clear idea of what they are fighting for
