thirteenth east street met with an accident on the jordan bridge street car uno at 6 monday afternoon which no serious is likely to confine her to her bed for some time on account of the shock to her nervous system when the car under control of motorman dent had reached a point on third second and third west streets mrs hoge it is said called the conductors attention to the fact that he lad the antor matlon felled against the men charged them with stealing worth of jour nal brass from oregon short line railroad company on april 3 of this year they were a preliminary hearing before judge lahl of the city court and bohunil over to the district court and havo both given testimony in the trial of the case of M levy who Is charged being a receiver of stolen property by purchasing the brass from the men when arraigned monday both men waived elroc and entered pleas of guilty they ihen waived time for sentence before sentence was passed by the court attorney loot bobrow asked that
