A Beesley and Ruby Ross Pratt He married Mary Louise LouiseMay May 4 1932 in the Salt Lake LAS Temple HE WAS A Scout executive of the Oakland Area Boy Scout Council in Oakland Calif of the Crater Lake Council in Medford Ore and of the Inland Empire Council in Spokane Wash He attended the International International Scout Jamboree at Birk- Birk England tn in 1929 and then attended Lord Baden Powells Powell's Powells Powell's Pow Pow- ells ell's Scout Executive Training Course and also the US U.S. National National Na- Na Scout Training Course He wrote a German Scout Handbook Handbook Hand Hand- book for the Church at the conclusion of his mission to the I German Austrian Mission He was a member of the Rotary Rotary Ro- Ro tary International in Medford Spokane and B Bountiful oun tHul He served as branch president and then as the first bishop of the Spokane Central ward He was wasa a member of the Mutual Improvement Association Association tion General Board tor 12 years and was secretary to the High Priests Priests' group in the Bountiful South Stake He was assistant administrator of the Rogue Valley Valley Val Val- ley Manor in Medford Ore SURVIVORS include his widow widow wid- wid ow children Valerie Beesley Jones and Marsha Beesley McNeil McNeil Mc- Mc Neil brothers Alvin Douglas Beesley and Jerrold P Pratt ra t t Beesley of Salt Lake City Horace Horace Hor- Hor ace Pratt Beesley of Bountiful Orson Pratt Beesley of Fresno Calif Sterling E.
