| Show NOTICE OF INTENTION notice Is hereby given by the atty council of ogden city utah of the intention 0 such council to make the following improvements to wit to create all of grant avenue from to streets as a paving district and to grade and pave therein on grant avenue from to streets with 2 12 1 2 inches of asphaltum on a 6 inch concrete base and to defray the costs and expenses 0 the same estimated at by a local assessment tor a depth of feet upon the lots blocks parts of lots and blocks lands and real estate within said district abutting and abounding upon the property lines on said street the boundaries of the district to be affected are lines drawn feet outward from and parallel to the outer boundary lines of said street for the whole length thereof from to street the district benefited and affected by said improvement being parts of lots 1 and 10 block 24 and lota 2 3 4 6 and 6 block 25 plat A ogden city survey for the payment of the costa and expenses of making said improvement the city council intends to levy special and local taxes on the lota blocks parts of lots and blocks lands and real estate lying and being in the district to be benefited and affected to the extent of the benefits to said property by reason of said improvements the city council will on monday the let day of august 1904 at S 0 clock p m in the city council chamber city hall utah hear objections in writing from any and all persons interested in said local and special assessment passed by the city council of ogden city utah july ath 1904 W J CRITCHLOW city recorder SEAL first publication july 7 1904 last publication july SO 1904 |
