| Show NOTICE OF INTENTION the city council of ogden alt v state of utah hereby gives notice that it intends to make the following am prove menta to wit to create all that part of madison avenue between twenty fourth and twenty fifth elreeta as curbing and guttering district no 6 and further that it intends to build therein i concrete curb and gutter on both bides of said avenue in the following manner to alt to hulad a concrete curb five 5 inches thick and fifteen 15 inches deep and a concrete gutter attached thereto three 3 feet wide and six 0 inches thick together with aba necessary grading the boundaries ot the district to be affected and benefited are lines running twenty five 25 feet back from and parallel with the outer lines of eald avenue for the full length thereof therein the estimated coat of euch improvements is one thousand six hundred sixty one and eighty seven one huu dreatha dollars or one dollar and twenty five cents per front foot upon the abutting property for the payment of the costs and expenses thereof the city council intends to levy local taxes upon the real estate lying and being within the boundaries of the said district to be created to the extent of the benefits to said property by reason of such improvements the city council will on monday the day of june 1904 at 8 p m in the city council chamber city hall ogdan utah hear objection in writing from any and all persons interested te in said local assessments by order of the city council may MM W J CRITCHLOW city record r first publication june and 2nd 1904 last publication june 1904 |
