NOTICE OF application in the district court of the second judicial district of the state of utah in and for weber county in the matter of the dissolution of the hooper city irrigation district notice of the application in pursuance of the order of the judge of said court notice is hereby given to all persons whom it may concern that john T thompson and others as the board of trustees of the hooper city irrigation di strict have filed with the clerk of the district court of weber county state of utah their application for a decree of said i court dissolving the said hooper city irrigation district and all persons who are interested therein are hereby directed to file their objections thereto if any they have with the clerk of said court on or before the day of june A D 1903 that being the date of the expiration of the time of the publication of this notice in witness whereof I 1 have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said district court this alth day of may A D 1903 SEAL C R hollingsworth clerk
