office of county NOTICE treasurer 0 weber county utah to whom it may concern notice la hereby given that I 1 will on the and 2nd day of june A D 1002 at 2 p m of said day at my office in the county courthouse ogden city weber county utah under tho direction and by the approval of the board of county commissioners of said county sell to the highest bidder eighty 80 bonds of weber county known as weber county refunding bonds series B each for the turn of one thousand dollars and numbered from one hundred and fifty one to two hundred and thirty both inclusive bearing data july 1 1002 payable at my office at the option of tho county ten 10 years after date absolutely payable twenty 20 years after date the eaid bonds bearing inter estat the rate of four 4 per cent per annum payable semiannually semi annually on tire first days of january and july of each year I 1 will receive written bids for aaa bonds from and after this date up to the hour and day of sale and no bid will be considered for any sum less than the face of said bonds and the interest accruing thereon to date of sale or date of delivery to no qualified bids will be considered the right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved or to consider any proposition deemed to bo in the interests of weber county each bidder for the above bonds Is required to accompany his bid with check certified by a national bank located in this state for five thousand dollars payable to my order of faith which as an evidence good check will be returned to the bidder it bid is not accepted all bids must be sealed and addressed to roe and the containing the earns marked bids for bonds by order of the board of county commissioners ners of weber county utah ALMA D CHAMBERS treasurer of said county dated may ath A D 1902
