| Show whereas jena jubben and christine jencen bin wife did by this certain deed of trust died august the ath 1892 and recorded on the ath day of august 1892 in book of mortgages page of the record in the office of the of weber county utah convey to william U warren and daniel hairier as ets the following described property situate in weber county utah to wit part of the northeast quarter of section five 6 in township tave b north of range one 1 west of the salt lake meridian U beginning at a point nine 9 and sixty three hundredths ca chains south three 3 and ten hundredths 10 chains east and fifteen 16 rode south from the northwest corner of said quarter section and running thence south lilleen 16 rods thence east one 1 and eighty four hundredths 81 chains thence north 2 degrees east to a point due east of ane place ot beginning thence west to the place of beginning which said conveyance was made in trust to secure to abe order line the pay jaent of the said jens P jensens and christine marie jensens one certain promissory note of even date with ibe bald deed of trust for the sum of due end payable one year after date with interest thereon from the date thereof until paid at the rate of twelve 12 per cent per annum payable quarterly in advance both before and after judgment and whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that in case of the debult in the pay 1 ment of abe said promissory note or the interest thereon or in case of abe breach ol 01 any of the covenants or agreements therein mentioned the trustees shall upon application of the legal bolder of the said note sell and dispose of the paid premises and all right title and benefit and equity ef redemption of the said jens P jensen and christine marie jensen their heirs and assigns therein at public auction at the place in abe manner and for abe purposes in said deed of trust stated after first giving twenty 20 days notice as particularly provided for in said deed of trust reler ence to which is hereby maue for greater certainty and whereas default has been made in abe payment principal of and in the payment of the interest on said principal note except the sum of and said principal note and interest thereon since maturity are still past due and unpaid now therefore notice is hereby given that we abe undersigner undersigned under signed trustees as aforesaid at abe request of abe legal holder of the said note and under and by virtue of the power and authority in us vested by the terms of the cald deed of trust will on the day of 1897 at the hour of it noon of said day sell abe above described property prop eity adorf all the right title benefit and equity of redemption of the said jens P jebsen and christine marle jensen their beirs assigns therein at public suction for abe highest and best price abe same will bring in cash at abe front door of the county court house in ogden in the county of weber and state of utah for the purpose of paying said note interest thereon and all costs and expenses of executing this trust WILLIAM C trustees date of first publication june inthy 1897 date of last public allon july 1897 |
