| Show SALE whereas george stetson did by bis certain deed of trust dated anne 1 and recorded on the day ot june 1892 in book J of Mortea ees pace of the records in the office of the recorder of deeds ot weber county utah convey to william 0 warren andA wright as trustees the following described property situate in weber county utah to wit lots twenty one 21 twenty two 22 twentythree twenty three 23 and twenty four 24 in block five S in brooklyn addition to city which said conveyance wae made in trust to secure to the order of K II 11 line the payment of the said george stetsons one certain promissory note of even date with the aid deed of trust for the sum ot due and payable on the day of juno 1893 with interest thereon from the date thereof until paid at the rate of one per cent per month from date until paid both before end after indgin ent interest payable quarterly in advance and whereas it Is provided in said deed of trust that n case of the default in the payment of the said promissory note or the thereon or in case ol 01 the breach of any of the covenants or agreements therein mentioned the trustees shall upon application of the legal bolder of the said note sell and dispose of the eaid premises and all right title and benefit and equity of redemption of the said george beetson Bt etson bis heirs and assigns therein at public auction at the place in the manner and for the purposes in said deed ol 01 trust stated after first divine twenty 90 days notice as particularly provided for in said eed of trust reference to which is hereby made for creater certainty and whereas default has been arcade tn the payment of principal note of and in the payment of the interest on said principal and said principal note and interest thereon since maturity are still past due and unpaid now therefore notice is hereby given that we the undersigner undersigned under signed at the request of the legal bolder of abo said note and under and by virtue of the power and authority in us vested by the term of the said deed of trust will on the day of july at the hour ot 12 noon of said day sell the above described property and all the right title benefit end equity of redemption of the aid george stetson his heirs assigns therein at public auction for the highest and best price the same will brine in cash t the front door ot the county court house in ogden in the county of weber and state of utah for the purpose of paying aid note interest thereon and all costs and expenses of executing this trust U ANGUS T trustees date of first publication june 1697 last publication july ath 1897 |
