| Show window glass manufacturers indianapolis dec 1 the window glass manufacturers re of the united states were in session all day today completing their labors shortly before 0 the result was the reorganization of both the old associations that in tho east to be called the pittsburg window glass company and that in the week the western glass company an iron clad agreement of great length was drawn up and signed by all the manufacturers present each company has practically the same constitution and it contemplates that all the members thereof shall turn over the products of their respective factories to the pales agent of the company who shall sell the glass to jobbers and account to the factory for the price of the glass reserving five per cent for a general fund for the ue of the association at the end 0 each year this reserve fund is returned to the manu rs according they contributed it or rathe a portion 0 it for the association always retains a certain amount from which fines and penalties be taken |
