Notice of settlement of final account, and hearing petition asking for distribution of estate. Notice is hereby given that !achar!ah Kump and Andrew Anderson the administrators of the cstste of Henry F.. Potter, deceased, have rendered and presented pre-sented for settlement, and filed in said court, their , final account of their administration of said estate, and also filed their petition asking for the distribution of said estate, and that Monday, th tqth day of Sept.
