Show POLICE SECURE BURGLAR'S ARREST By energetic and comprehensive work the police have secured the arrest ar-rest of E. B. Mitchell, in Seattle, who, with his brother. J. C. Mitchell, now in the county Jail, burglarized several trunks in the Crocker boarding house on Twenty-sixth street several weeks ago and secured a quantity of valuable valu-able fJJvjM: ware ""and other wedding gifts belonging to a newly married couple who were away on their wedding wed-ding trip. . Not only is. tho man In jail and being. be-ing. held for the Ogden police, but his trunks-have been searched and found to contain every article described as having been taken from the bouse, with the exception of a 6llk muffler and a gold ring, -The fellow was traced to Portland, where he wrote a letter to a woman friend in Ogden telling her that he had "lifted" a grip and a suit of clothes at the hotel whose letterhead he was uiipg. at the time and that he was starting for Seattle.
