Commis-sion. S. II. Babcock, commissioner of traffic traf-fic of the Salt, Lako Commercial club traffic bureau, says: "I have not yet seen an original copy of the decision rendered by the Interstate commerce commission in the case submitted by the Commercial Commer-cial dub traffic bureau nor have I hud an opportunity for consultation with any member of tho bureau concerning con-cerning it. Expressing only my personal views, after having mado a haty examination examina-tion of the rales proposed to be established es-tablished as well as those positively ordered to bo made by the commission, commis-sion, which arc doubtless correct, I am of the opinion that our people generally gen-erally should be profoundly grateful to tho commission for Its action.
