Show fellows any time and spend a pleasant pleas-ant evening with games, athletics, books and comrades under the best of Influences. It Is the intention of the D. O It. Club to make the parlors of the M. K. church the headquai ters cf the Hoy Scouts aud other boys until Ogdeu has a largo Y. M. C. A. building With the cooperation of the citizens, lhe club anticipates no difficulty In carrying out its plan, und tho boys expect a boarty response to the appeal for assistance as-sistance In this worthy movement. Club kept open house at the parlors of the First Methodist church last evening, the members of this organization, the Knights of King Arthur and other young men enjoying a pleasant evening. The hours were delightfully passed with table games, athletic stunts, tho row game, "Indoor football'; a phonograph phono-graph concert of choice selections and college songs. Refreshments were terved during the evening. One of the features of the evening was the organization by the boys of a movement to appeal to tho citizens of Ogden to aid them In raising funds for j the rittlng up of tho fie rooms of the church basement Into a club, where they may keep "open house" the year around. It is tho plan of tho boys to have a i warm, cheerful place to meet tho other |
