C, Brown of the New York Central linen, be and his associates are anxious to have the question of Increased freight rates de elded as quickly as possible and to this end, so far as his lines are concerned, con-cerned, he Is willing to leave the matter entirely with the Interstate Commerce commission. j "Nearly every Increase in pay of employes became effective as of April I," ssld Mr. Brown.
