Show PRIZE SHEEP ARRIVE IN CITY The first bunch of prize sheep for the Mld Wlnter Sheep show arrived in the city this morning They were shipped here by George McKerrow & Sons of Powaukee, wis., W. A. McKerrow Mc-Kerrow having them In charge. They are a fine lot of sheep, of the Oxford breed. These sheep were champion prize winners at tho Alaska-Yukon exposition exposi-tion at Seattle this year, also at the International Livestock show at Chicago, Chi-cago, and at a number of state fairs of tho middle west. V. S. King, ono of tho leading floek-mastcrs floek-mastcrs of Laramie, Wyoming, arrived arriv-ed in the city today and will remain here until after tho Wool Growers" convention. Ills flock of prize winners win-ners will arrive tomorrow. Ills sheep are of the Ramboulette breed and are said to be the best of their kind In the world. Carpenters are busily engaged today, to-day, and the work will continue tomorrow, to-morrow, ia the making of pens for the |
