Show MUDLARKS GET THEIR INNING. Oakland, Jan. 24. Showery weather prevailed at Emeryville today, although al-though tho sun shone at lutervala. The track wus very sloppy and the ruud-lajrks ruud-lajrks had an inning. Most of the winners were well played, but J. C. Clem was an exception. He drifted back to 6 to 1, owing to the play on Buckthorn and Rubric. After Rubric backed up, Clem assumed command and won easily. Jim Gaffney won all the way In the mile event. Tho stew-nrds stew-nrds today suspended C. Bogan and bis stable, owing to the running of Novgorod.
