Mr. Connors heard privately tonight to-night that such an Investigation would he demanded. Almost simultaneously simul-taneously came an announcement from Albnny that resolutions to this effect had been introduced. lUfrre hearing that the resolutions had been formally Introduced. Connors commented com-mented with patHfactlon on his private pri-vate message that such action would be taken. "Good." fald he as he read the telegram. tele-gram.
