HASKELL One Indictment Against Gov ernor Haskell Charging Him With Conspiracy Muskogo, Ok., Feb. 3. As a result of the investigation by a federal grand Jury of alleged frauds In connection with the scheduling of town lots in this city, seven indictments were returned re-turned tonight. The charge aga'.nst the defendants is conspiracy to do-fraud do-fraud the government, and the names of those indicted are: Governor Charles N. Haskell, l u. Severs, A. Z. English. C. W. Tumor. W. T. Hutchlngs, James W. Hill and Walter E. Eaton. Attorney Thomas H. Owen of Muskogee, Mus-kogee, representing Governor Haskell, made arrangements Tor the governor s appearance Friday morning to give bond In the sum of $5,000. Governor Haskell Is at Guthrie, the state capital. There is but one Indictment In-dictment against him, charging lilni with conspiring with Walter K. Eaton and Clarence W. Turner to derraud the government. There are two indictments in-dictments against Turner and one each against the others. - Turner was first to give bond in the sum of $10,000. Hutchlngn and Eaton followed, and gave bond in the sum of $5,000 each.
