Show DISAPPOINTMENT IN MANILA ON PASSAGE OF PAYNE BILL Washington, April 10. The assembly voted unanimoubly (.gainst this resolution. The secretary of the assembly adds that deep disappointment was caused caus-ed when the passage of the bill waa made known. |
