Show PERSONAL INJURY CASE OF W. M. WOLFF ON TRIAL The personal Injury case or W. M. Wolff against the Union Pacific Kan-road Kan-road company, et al., Is proceeding slowly In the district court, with Judge Maughn presiding, and the formal for-mal title of the suit was changed this morning from "W. M. Wolff," as plaintiff, to "M. N. Wolff." an error in the initials having occurred. Only three witnesses have testified In tho case so far. M. N. Wolff, the plaintiff; plain-tiff; Carl J&cobson and George Cunningham. Cun-ningham. But the defense will put on a largo number of, witnesses before be-fore the case Is closed ancr among those subpoenaed are Superintendent Manson, Master Mechanic Malone, inspector in-spector Charles Ray ana otner attaches at-taches of the Union depot, who witnessed wit-nessed the accident wherein plaintiff plain-tiff lost his feet and pare or one hand. Supt.
