Show NOTICE BY PUBLICATION. In the District Court of the Second Judicial District, In and for Weber County, Stato of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Hawkins, deceased. Petition for an order of court to sell rersoual property belonging to said estate. The petition of Lucretla May Cool-ey Cool-ey and Joseph H Smith, administrators administrat-ors of abovo entitled estate, praying for an order of court authorizing and directing said administrators to sell at public or private sale, as administrators adminis-trators may determine, the following described pergonal property belonging to the estate of said deceased, to-wlt- Household effects, consisting ol beds, bedding and furniture, personal effects, consisting of albums, plcturo frames, tidies, shells and books, 1 organ, or-gan, 1 sewing machine, 1 cook stove, 1 heater. 1 parlor suite, 3 stands, carpets, car-pets, nis, curtains, dishes, fruit Jars, lamps, 100 lbs. flour, 1 washer, 1 bucksaw buck-saw and coal, has been set for hearing hear-ing on Saturday, the 13th day of February. Feb-ruary. 1909. at 9:30 o'clock a. m., at the County Court Houso, In the Couit Room of said court. In Ogden City, Weber County. Utah.
