Show DRY FARMING CONGRESS OPENS Cheyenne, . Wyo.. , Feb. 22. Tfl trans Missouri, Dry Farming congress will meet tomorrow morning, for a three days' session. Four hundred delegates have - already arrived in Cheyenne, and six hundred more are expected within 24 hours. The Attendance At-tendance from the Western states h been materially cut down by tho ptorm. Among the delegates who have trrived are six representatives of th Canadian government, one representing represent-ing Australia, a number of prominent railroad officials and several govera-ors govera-ors of Western states. |
