A game of that kind cannot long prevail against the better Judgment of the well-balanced heads of a community. Horseraclng itself is all right, but the auxiliaries these touts, etc. such as drove the horsemen from New York, California and other racing centers where they long flourished, would kill any sport to which they might attach themselves. HOW HORSE RACING IS KILLED. Tho Morning Examiner's editorial writer sees the vicious part of the sport of horse racing in the "hangers-on" the touts and cappers who bring down on the heads of those in charg of a "meet- the reproaches re-proaches of those who come In contact con-tact with these sure-thing men.
