Show GERMANY SIGNS AN AGREEMENT ITHJpCE T BANISHES STRAINED RELA- j TIONS IN REGARD TO MOROCCO. Guarantees the Integrity of Morocco,' Assuring Perfect Allegiance to Algeciras Act. Paris. Feb. 9. France and Germany today 6lgned a far-reaching agreement concerning Morocco, thus banishing a f pectre which for years has loomed up intermittently as the cause of strained relations between the two countries. Of more importance still, perhaps, than the actual settlement ot pending difficulties, and the harmonizing of views concerning Morocco, la the mor al effect of establishing a broad basis of friendly relations between the two nations, which have been separated, so lo speak, since the war of 1870. The agreement signed today guai-antees guai-antees the Integrity of Morocco and insures in-sures perfect allegiance to tho terms of the Algeciras act. France recog- I nlzes Germany's economic interests In Morocco, while Gemany recognizes the particular political interest ot j France there. I The agreement wa signed in Berlin 1 by M. Cambon, the French ambassa-j ambassa-j dor, and by Foreign Secretary Von I Schoen. The cabinet has sent a vote of thanks to M. Cambon.
