Show PROVO NEWS NOTES. Provo, June 8. Joseph A. Bailey, a young man residing in the southwestern south-western part of the city, is suffering from a fractured collar bone. The injury in-jury was sustained while he and several sev-eral other boys were speeding on their wheels at the race track.
