REBATE PLEA The public utilities commission has continued until December C the argu-ments argu-ments on a motion to dism-ss the action ac-tion of the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Rail-road company against the Utah Power ft J,i.-lit company, according to an announcement an-nouncement made this morning by local officials, The railroad is asking ask-ing for reparation of alleged overpayments overpay-ments made by it fr,r power during the period it was on regular power rat schedule and until the commission commis-sion modified that schedule, as far as concerns interurban railroads.
