R. Robert by Sheriff Richard Pin- cock. Trial of the case was set for Wed-nesday Wed-nesday morning at lo o'clock and Hoyt was released upon asurancc of Charles M Morris. United States dis- trict attorney, that he would appear1 for trial. Hoyt is charged with having thrust a re'volver against Mr. Smyth's side; early Friday morning when they met i on Twenty-fifth street. Mr. Smyth swore 10 a complaint Friday and Hoyt appeared here today in answer to the, sheriff 'a summons. |
