Show LAYTON MAN DIES AFTER OPERATION James Thomas Walker. 85 years old. died this morning at 5 30 o'clock at the local hospital of peritonitis, following fol-lowing an operation for appendicitis I last Wednesday. He was born March I 13. 1897. at American Fork. Utah, the json of John and Sarah A. Bennett Walker He lived most of his life in Kaysvllle. lately moving to Layton. He was employed ty the Iayton Auto company. He served In the United States navy during the recent world war. being stationed at Goat Island. In San Francisco bay Ho was a member mem-ber of the American lyegion and Woodmen Wood-men of the World He is survHod by his parents, and two sisters. Charlotte Char-lotte Ellen Winn of Heyburn Idaho, and Miss" Ietha t'leono Walker of Layton. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Kaysvillo tabernacle Ulshop Frank Hyde will officiate. The body may be viewed at the Larkln & Sons khapel until 1 p. m. tomorrow During Dur-ing the evening and Wednesday until 1 o'clock the body may be viewed at the home in Layton Interment will be In tho Kaysvlllo cemetery. oo |
