Show jjERSEY CATTLE TO BE EXHIBITED Utah Association to Have Display at State Fair in October Appreciating the rcmarkuble-growth rcmarkuble-growth of dulrylnK in this state tho officials of the Utah Jersey association associa-tion have arranged for the showing of the jerBey cattle educational dls- j play at the state fair beginning Octo-bar Octo-bar 2. , The exhibit will be shown by th American Jersey Cattle club and will be In charge of a personal representative represen-tative of the breed association It will be housed in a large tent to be erected and In close proximity to j the cattle barns and will be design.i to present eiimauonai UIIU ee-'liuum tatlrej of dairying. Particular BtraSS will be laid on the possibilities possibili-ties that thoroughbred Jersey stock, bolls for the .xrnall farmer and S i .mvass will be begun Immediately b , club officials to insure a maximum attendance of Jersey breeders at the xpositlon where the opportunity to inspect the exhibit will be afforded. On the side walls of the exhibition exhibi-tion tsst, which will measure 40x80 f;et, there will lie educational charts bearing life-sized photographs of farmers' Jersey cattle, together with official records and other information informa-tion that have been grouped carefully careful-ly to afford ease of assimilation. Daily lec tures and demonstrations by livestock men will be conducted in explanation of these charts and dls-plays dls-plays and the various phases of all operations or dairying, whether from I tho standpoint of Jersey cattle In- ' forests or Jhose of other breeds will be discussed. Among the dally demonstrations : will he cow-Judging on live animals by which the audience will be Instructed In-structed by on expert as to the points which Indicate Urge produc ing abll- Ity. The animals used in these lectures lec-tures will be tlie Jersey state champions cham-pions for production, so nn unusual : opportunity Is afforded nil dairymen to learn the points which Indicate ' the profitable producers.
