M, Merrill. This number Is said to be the largest number ever registered previous to the Initial day of Bchool at the high school. Regular class work at the high school will commence next Monday, Principal Merrill salt. Cadets of the school have been Issued Is-sued their equipment for the school year and military Instruction under the direction of Captain Leon E. Ryder, who wa3 recently named to succeed Colonel C. G. Lawrence, will commence Monday. The enrollment of all students In tho city schools which was around the 9.000 mark last season will bo posted. Supt.
