OF UTAH TO MEET HERE First Regional Conference i to Open Tomorrow at University Club With representatives from ;n chapters chap-ters of the state In attendance the first regional conference of the Utah I Chapters of the American Red Crovs will open hers tomorrow morning at jthe I'nlverslty club, Twenty-sixth street and Washington avenue at 9:30 o'clock with the registration of th delegates. Bishop John Watson, treasurer of Weber onnt: (chapter of the Red Cross, will offer the invocation and Frank Francis, 'mayor of Ogden, will deliver the nd-jdress nd-jdress of welcome.
