Show I MRS. SHEPARD WINS DECREE OF DIVORCE Decree of divorce has been granted. In the district court to Nelle Bhepardj from -William Shcpard upon gronuda of ronsupport and cruelty. Tin- case waej heard some time ago In court the husband strenuously opposing the; pranting of n decree to his wife and denying allcg.-clon that he failed to support her. Judge Barker at thutj time took the case under advisement; and today awarded the decree to the woman, Mr Shcpard testified that while hey resided in Greeley, Colo, her hus-j H hand failed to provide Funds for th H upport of herself and children and It was necesnan thi she procure vege table from the warehouse dumps and I coal from the railroad traeks. Sh ilso said she scrubbed floors to sup-bort sup-bort herself and two children She accused her husband of drunk-, enness and declared he gave away al piano Which her mother had given to. her as a present.. The court awarded the custody ofi I one child to the mother and on to the father.
