Show BISHOP GLASS IS HONORED Girls of Sacred Heart Appear Ap-pear in Symphony Pageant Work of the Sacred Heart academy physical education department was demonstrated late yesterday afternoon when tho students presented a symphony sym-phony pageant, 'Dedication," on tho academy campus The affair was given In honor of the night Rev. Joseph S Glass. C M D D , on the silver Jubilee of his ordination. The bishop was an Interested spectator. A Fair sized crowd attonded the exhibition, ex-hibition, which was given under the direction of Miss Margery Thomos The pageant was given in two parts, j tho first part rovoallng the etory oti the gifts of light, flowers, rain wind and the nlnbow to ihe earth The second sec-ond part told the story of the coming of tho pioneer civilization, patriotism, I music, art, education and religion to t h ft now w n r 1 rl Miss Lillian Thatcher, Miss Fae Williams and Miss Inez Johnson fur-1 tahed the music for th pageant Graduates of class 22 will receive' their diplomas and medalu at the com- J mencement exercises held this eve-nlng eve-nlng In the academy auditorium The program for the evening will open at 8 o'clock. On Wednesday evening, class day will be observed Appearing on the program will be Patricia Barret, Agnes j Carney, Helen Oonroy, Fainetta Crow-1 ley, Estello Curto, Inez Johnson, Alice' Harrington.
