Roberts. The preliminary hearing of the case was set for prll 15 and his ball .was fixed at $1,000. James Patterson, charged with a felony, was arraigned and upon the recommendation of the county attorney attor-ney the felony charge against him was hlsmlssed. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor mis-demeanor and was sentenced to seno 60 days In Jail. The case of the city against A. J. Johnson and others charged with gambling was sot for hearing tomorrow tomor-row forenoon. |
