Woods, assistant district forester In charge of grazing, to the effect that more time is o be granted to : stockmen In the payment of their grazing fees The telegram states that the secretary sec-retary of agriculture has approved the waiving of payment of foes for 30 days In ndvance of the beginning of the grazing period and th dlvld-i dlvld-i lng of the fees into two equal payments, pay-ments, one-half of the payment to be made on or before tho stock Snti r the forests arid the halance t be p lid on Dec. 1. 1922. without interest on I the deferred payments.
