Jl took up residence in California in 1884 where ho remained until his , death. Ho Is survived by his mother and the following brothers and sister, all of this citv. A- E. Collins. R. J. Collins and Mra 8 P. Millar. Arrangements are being made for tumoral services to be held in San Francisco Sunday, under the direction of the San Francisco Waiters' Union, I local No. 30.
