Show GODDARD AUTO CASE CONTINUED WEEK The case of H E Goddard against the l-rcxlngton Motor company seeking seek-ing to recover $4,500, alleged to have been paid upon a Iexlngton sedan which was defective In workmanship yesterday adjourned until next Thursday Thurs-day morning when it will reopen in Judge George S. Barker's division ot the district court. The most important witness upon the stand yesterday was Forrest Cum-bor Cum-bor ledge, who was a former employe of the Lexington branch in Ogden. Ho testified that ho heard Fred A Ricks, an alleged factory representative of the company, tell Meredith Matthews, tne Ogdcn agent, that he had better give Goddard a new sedan for the one that was said to be defective In order !o satisfy the customer.
