Bhe boarded a Pullman car at Chicago hound for IO.- Angeles, and that before the train reached Fremont. Neb., the car became Intensely In-tensely cold. Bhe declares that the company negligently failed to provide anv heat and she contracted a severe mid, causing serious throat and Inns injuries. Hen. condition, she alleges, was such that when she reached K-den K-den she was compelled to leave the train and g" to the hospital.
