Utah, has been levied and confirmed con-firmed by an ordinance of the hoard of commissioners of Ogden City. Utah adopted and passed July 18. 1922 and published Jul-, lv 1922. Said social tax l-i levied upon all property abutting on the folltwln- street to-wit The south side of Rake street between Taylor and Fillmore avenues, and both sides of Capitol street between Fillmore and Pierce avenues, and more particularly described as follows, to-wi; Rot 13. Block 52 and Rots 14 to 18 both inclusive. Block H Nob Mill Anne. and Lots 27 to 52 both Inclusive, Biovi-. 4. Denver Place Addition, all In Ogden City Survey, to a depth of one hundred feet back from the street line. Bald tax Is payable In five installments.
