Mohlman. with a federal prohibition officer yesterday: afternoon seized five gallons of moonshine moon-shine UqUor,, a 20-gallon still and other distilling paraphernalia on the farm of K. Sato, Japanese, noar Uintah, and placed the man in Jail on a charge of having liquor In his possession. Sato was still In Jail last night, his bond not haying been set. The officers were on their way to another farm in the vicinity where a search was to have been conducted . 1 when they met Sato driving his wagon I toward Ogden. Halting him thc5 I ' searched his wagon and found a grip containing two gallons. They then took the Japanese to his farm whore I they found three more gallons of the moonshine under the kitchen floor. Under grilling by thc officers Sato i broke down and agreed to show them I ' the location of his still. He walked i them up a canyon some, distance from hlS farm and unearthed the still from B deep gulley where It waa covered with underbrush.
