Six thousand persons attended the houscwarming of Idaho : capital today, when the newly completed 1. 000. 000 building was j thrown open to the people of the stall fOT the first time Gov. D. W. Johnston or lungnam county was elected speaker of the house and K. W. Whltoomb president pro tern, of the senate. Colonel L. V. Patch was in charge of the inauguration ceremonies, while members-elect to both houses stood. State olflcials and Justice of the su-preme su-preme court moved in aroccssion to the rostrum of the house. Retiring Chief Justice W. vV. Morgan Intro-j duced Chief Justice John C. Rice, who succeeded him to that office today. In a few words Judge Morgan announced an-nounced this met, nnd Justice Rice administered the oath Governor D. W. Davis, ro-elected, was Introduced by; John W. Hurt, Republican national : committeeman for Idaho Justice- Alfred Budge introduced the, three new Justices of the supiomo ' court Robert N, Dunn, who succeeds to the regular long term; William A.'
