Show REFUSED TO FIGHT, DENIED CITIZENSHIP SALT LAKE, March 17. Peter Frail. 34 years old. Spanish, was refused re-fused citizenship papers by the federal fed-eral district court at Pocatcllo. Ida., because he claimed exemption from the draft during the war on grounds that he was a Spanish suhject. Recommendations that Frail be denied de-nied citizenship papers were made by rl! Lt, Sullivan, federal naturalization naturaliza-tion examiner. Under the ruling. Frail will lose a homestead which ho filed on after receiving first papers.
