The Pennsylvania and New ; I York Central railroads were asked today by the department of justice to send the names of all their striking employes and ; to indicate who of them were leaders in the walkout. ; Pennsylvania and New York Central department officials j flatly refused to discuss the meaning- of the messages or to indicate whether similar re-1 re-1 quests would go forward to the ! executives of other railroad cor- porations. !
