Show uu Break Traffic Laws; Pair Fined By Roberts Roy J. Anderson, arrested early this morning on a speeding charge, was fined $10 by Judge D. It. Roberts in tho city court this morning. Traffic Officer W. J. Tuft claimed that Anderson Ander-son was beaded due north and was i traveling at an excessive rate of speed. Shortly after Anderson had been arrested, ar-rested, Lestor I. Hewctt was arrested for speeding on a motorcycle. Officer Tuft testified that Hewctt was headed south on Washington avenue and was arrested at Thirty-fifth street and Washington avenue. He also stated that Hcwott was carrying two female I passengers, one of whom was riding on tho framework of tho machine in front of him, the other being on a scat arrangements at the rear.
