Show Society SCHVICK STAR LEGION Regular meeting for the members of ihe Service Star Legion will be held this evening at s o clock in the Elks club rooms on Grant avenue. . Stoddard, daughter of G. M. Stoddard of Ogden. became the bride of Gordon S. Cherrill last Monday afternoon. The wedding took place at Lovelock, Nevada. The young couple will be at home after July 1 at Lower Rochester, Nevada, where Mr. Cherrill has mining interests. Mrs. Cherrill Is a Red Cross nurse and served a year with the American Expeditionary Ex-peditionary Forces in France. RETURN FROM VACATION Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Purdic have returned home after a month's enjoyable en-joyable trip through California, Oregon Ore-gon and Washington. While In San Francisco, they attended the Pensioner's Pension-er's banquet given at the Palace hotel by the Southern Railroad company. COUPLE MARRIES Miss Vera Chldcster and Frank M.J Barton, of Driggs, Idaho, were married mar-ried last Wednesday at the Salt Lake temple. Mrs. Barton Is well known in Ogden having resided here .for two 3'ears with her sister, Miss Louise Chidester. ' ABRAHAM LINCOLN Abraham Lincoln Circle, No. 2 Ladies of the G. A.
