Show Demurrers Filled by Indicted Ogden Men William H. Wattls of Ogden, one of the directors of the Ltah-Idaho Sugar Company, was arraigned In Salt Lake Saturday before Judge Tillman D. j6hnSOl.of the United Slates district court on two indictments, one charging charg-ing violation of the I-ever act and the. other conspiracy to violate ihe law In connection with the charging of excessive prices on Sugar by the Utah-Idaho t ompany. The indictments were read and the rourt was apprised that a demurrer had been filed l' Mr. Wattis, awaiting await-ing the decision of the United Stales supremo court on a case involving the constitutionality and conslrurtion of the Ievor act. No plea was entered by Mr. Wattis. Gage B. Rodman and George V.
