In which he denies many of the allegations allega-tions made by his wife and churges her with cruelly and desertion. Mr. OH ley complains that for the Pint year his wife has disregarded solemnity of the marriage vows, has left him. and now lives apart, and during dur-ing their wedded life associated with other men.
