The Complaint sets forth that the plaintiff company shipped ho rnules, valued at 116,000, from Fallon, Nev., to St. Louis, November 18, 1915. They complain that the shipment was delayed de-layed an unreasonable leng'h of timo iaud upon arrival In Ogden the nni- mals were unloaded and compelled to Stand In the yards for ten hours In a piercing gale during cold weather.
